Cloudpresenter offers the ability to see general account statistics and reports about a specific meeting.

Here's how to access granular reporting data on each meeting:

  1. Navigate to a meeting in progress (or a past meeting) and click on the meeting's name.

  2. On the far-right side, click on the tab named Reports.

  3. You will see how many Participants were Invited, Registered (date and time), Attended or Absent. You can also export this information as a .csv or Excel file.

  4. If Q&As and Polls were done during the meeting, an option to export their results is also available.
