There may be situations where your Participants might need to be moved from their Custom Role to a Presenter or Audience member role.

If you need to provide them with different permissions in session, you can easily move them through these roles:

1. Click on the Participants icon in the left-hand menu bar.

2. Look for the name of the custom role Participant you'd like to make a Presenter or Audience member. If you need to search for a Participant, you can do so with the built-in search bar at the top of the panel.

3. Hover over the Participant's name and click the three dots (...) next to their name.

4. Select the Move to Presenter or Move to audience options.

Note: moving Participants from a custom role to a Presenter or Audience role will only be possible if the Custom Role option has been enabled for sessions via the Admin dashboard.
