[LEGACY] Recurring meetings

In Cloudpresenter, you can schedule repeat meetings for any period of time into the future. You can choose to re-use the same meeting room, or create a new meeting room each time.

Here's how:

  1. After selecting your meeting settings, check the Recurring Meeting box.

  2. Choose whether you’d like to reuse the same link or create a new link for each session. Note: If you select to use the same session link, if you delete this meeting it will delete all instances of the meeting. If you wish to have control over editing each instance, then select 'Create new session for each'.

  3. Select the recurrence interval you wish for this session to repeat.

  4. Set an end date for the recurrence. You can set a specific date or choose a number of occurrences.

  5. Optional: decide if you'd like to use public pages for recurring sessions.

  6. When ready, click Save or Add to schedule.

Quick tip: reusing the same session link makes it easy for meeting Participants to quickly access your meeting again and again.
