If you already have a list of contacts for your meetings, you have the option to import the list instead of adding each participant name-by-name. This can save plenty of time when setting up meetings with a regular attendees.
After importing please note that Presenter, Guest Presenter and Audience roles will need to be assigned when adding contacts to your meeting using the Edit Meeting > Participants > Add from address book.
Your list can be created in excel or any database platform. To make things easy for you, we've created a sample .csv document you can use here.
To upload a Participants list .CSV file:
Go to address book in the dashboard.
Click on Import.
Click on Browse and then select your .csv file.
Click create and your list will be imported.
