Using the custom smtp server feature provides you with complete control over the emails that are sent to your team or audience, enabling you to use your own email addresses in all email correspondence. This feature is available for Professional, Team, Tier 3 and Tier 4 plans.

Here’s how:

  1. Using your Cloudpresenter admin account log in go to Branding > Custom SMTP Server.

2. Complete your smtp details. These details will be used for all your meetings in your account including with your user accounts.

Tip: We suggest creating an admin or support email account with your provider so you can manage your invite emails better.

3. Complete your reply to and sender name settings

4. Select 'Update'

5. Create some test meetings and invite yourself or your team to ensure your settings are correct and the sender name fields are as you would like.

Thats it! Your Cloudpresenter account will now be configured using your custom smtp server.

Note: By using this feature your emails are no longer using Cloudpresenters mailservers. We partner with Sendgrid for the highest possible delivery success. The custom smtp feature will no longer use Sendgrid and is reliant on your server delivering these emails, so please test and ensure your mail server is suitable for sending emails this way, especially if you are sending bulk emails.
