To assign a pre-configured Service Plan to users:
In your Admin Settings dashboard, navigate to Users.
Next, click on the User's name to which you’d like to assign a Service Plan Template.
Click on the third tab within the user's profile named Service Plan.
In the Service Plan dropdown, choose the Service Plan Template that you would like to apply.
