Here’s how to locate browser logs in Safari while using Cloudpresenter:
Open the menu on the top-left of your browser and choose Preferences. Next, select Advanced > Show Developer menu in menu bar.
2. In the menu bar, choose Develop. Next select Show JavaScript Console from the list of options.
3. A JavaScript Console window will appear. You can either send us a screenshot of this window or save it as a file to email to us.
