How to host meetings in Cloudpresenter?

In Cloudpresenter, you can create a meeting instantly or you can schedule it for later.

How to create an instant meeting?

  • Go to cloudpresenter.com and log in to your account.

  • On the dashboard, click on "Instant Meeting".

  • Give necessary browser permissions (e.g. video & audio) to Cloudpresenter.

  • Input your name, choose your preferences for the mic & camera, and then simply click on "Join Meeting" and post that you will be redirected to the meeting screen.

  • To share your meeting link, simply copy the link from the address bar and share it with the participants of your meeting.

  • To end the call, click "Leave".

    How to schedule a meeting?

  • On the dashboard, click on "Schedule Meeting".

  • Fill in the necessary details such as meeting title, description, start date, start time, end time, and end date.

  • Once you've put in the meeting information, it's time to invite people to join.

  • Click on "Participants".

  • You can easily search and add contacts from your list or your team members. Simply use the search bar to find the people you'd like to invite and select them to add them to the attendee list.

  • As you select and add contacts, they will automatically appear in the "Participants" section.

  • After adding participants to your meeting, you can customize permissions for your particular meeting by clicking "Permissions" in the side panel.

  • Once you've added all the meeting details, invited participants, and customized permissions, you can click on "Schedule Meeting" on the bottom right-hand side.
