The in-meeting chat feature in Cloudpresenter lets you send quick messages to others during meetings. You can chat with everyone or privately message someone. If you're the host, you can decide who can chat with whom or turn off chatting completely.

Additionally, you have the option to share emojis, attach images, and share various file types such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel sheets, and PDFs.

Chatting with everyone in a meeting

  • During a meeting, click "Chat" in the meeting controls.

  • In the chat window, select "To everyone" from the dropdown menu and click on "Everyone".

  • Type your message into the chat window.

  • Press "Enter" to send your message.

Sending private messages to individuals during the meeting

  • During a meeting, click "Chat" in the meeting controls.

  • In the chat window, select "To everyone" from the dropdown menu and choose the participant you want to chat with directly.

  • Type your message into the chat window.

  • Press "Enter" to send your message.

Managing chat settings

If you're the meeting host you can change chat settings.

  • On the dashboard, click "Meetings" in the side panel.

  • Hover over the meeting you want to change the chat setting for, then click on the "Pencil" icon.

  • Select "Permissions" from the side panel.

  • Scroll down to "Chats & Files" to manage chat settings.
