Privacy by Design
Updated over a week ago

At Cloudpresenter we are committed to providing secure communications and collaboration services that help our customers improve their employees experience, productivity, and engagement with their own customers for deeper, more meaningful relationships.

Privacy by design aims at building privacy and data protection up front and into the design specifications and architecture of information and communication systems and technologies to facilitate compliance with privacy and data protection principles.

We invest in benchmarking our security and privacy measures that are independently tested and audited by third parties, including ISO 27001. Cloudpresenter also adheres to global privacy standards through the General Data Protection (GDPR) and other privacy laws that apply to our business.

We are dedicated at every level of product development —from engineering to product management—to making privacy a key consideration. This ensures that users can trust Cloudpresenter for all their daily communications.

Our privacy promise

  • Cloudpresenter does not proactively track information about end users. The amount of information is minimized using the Zero-Knowledge and Privacy by Design approach.

  • Cloudpresenter stores and processes all end user information within the European Union.

  • Cloudpresenter does not share end user information to 3rd parties, within or outside of the European Union.

To be the most secure, GDPR-compliant meetings and webinar platform, Cloudpresenter does not proactively collect, process or store information about your end users.

We do not build customer profiles, track metadata about end-users or store unnecessary information in cookies unless our clients explicitly demand it to achieve their business goals.

With privacy at heart, we appreciate that the same business objectives can be achieved with multiple approaches. Processing unnecessary information represents a liability for us and risk for our clients, therefore by default, we prefer to design our features with a zero-knowledge approach. You can learn more about what information is collected in our Privacy Policy.
