How set your default captions language

  • Go to cloudpresenter.com and log in to your account.

  • Navigate to Settings > General

  • To choose your speaking language for caption, click the "Captions Language" dropdown.

✍️Note: When you select your caption language in the settings, it will become the default speaking language for all your meetings and webinars. However, you can change the speaking language for individual meetings in the meetings module.

📍For Instance: If you set French as your default caption language, all captions will automatically appear in French. However, during any specific meeting or webinar, you and your participants can switch the speaking language to different languages.

Changing speaking language during meetings or webinar

  • Join a meeting or webinar.

  • In the meetings controls, click "Captions"

  • To select the speaking language, click the "up arrow icon ^" next to "Captions"
