Content Library
Updated over a week ago

The Content Library is a powerful feature at the heart of Cloudpresenters presentation unique toolset. It enables you to upload Powerpoint and PDF files, as well as .mp4 video files. This avoids having to screenshare and ensures the highest quality possible for your slides and HD video playback. You can import PPT, PDF's, MP3 and MP4 videos, many popular image formats and also stream videos from YouTube and Vimeo.

This article covers the following:

• Accessing the Content Library (in-meeting)

• Adding files to your Room, Meeting or Webinar in the account centre

• Global Workspace Drive

• Content Library Storage

Accessing the Content Library (in-meeting)

To access the Content Library, inside any meeting click the Content icon on the right-hand of the side bar. You can upload and manage documents and other media that you plan to share with your audience directly in each session. There is a different content library for every Room, Meeting or Webinar, so you never get mixed up with your files.

Select '+Add New' and you can then upload or add content for your session.

Adding files to your Room, Meeting or Webinar in the account centre

As well as being able to import files directly into the meeting space, you can also use the account centre to organise all the files you plan to use during your session. Go to Settings > Content Library > Add New. All files added will automatically sync and be available in your Room, Meeting or Webinar.

Global Workspace Drive

Every user has a global workspace drive located in the account centre under Settings > Content Library. Here you can upload regularly used slide decks and videos, so you can easily access them in new meetings, without having to upload items again. These files can be made available to all of your team. For example, if there is a legally approved slide deck using the content library ensures compliance across your teams presentation materials.

To add files to Rooms, Meetings or Webinars from your workspace drive open up Settings > Content Library. Here you can also upload any media or upload from your Workspace Drive.

Content Library Storage

Every user in a workspace has a set storage space, which can be upgraded at any time. To access information so you can understand how much storage you have go to Settings > Plans. By removing files this will free up space in your drive.
