Cloudpresenter enables you to customise the camera and audio settings by role in your account. For example you may wish to choose whether your guests join a session with their cameras turned on or off by default, or choose that your audience cannot access their cameras at all.

This can be done in two places, we would advise only editing per Room/Meeting/Webinar:

  1. By Room/Meeting/Webinar (sets values per event)

  2. Settings (sets default values globally for your account).

    Note: This will set default settings account-wide for your entire organisation and team accounts, so use with caution!

To edit these settings for individual events as recommended, got to Webinar (or Room/Meeting) > Settings > Permissions > Media

Remember to 'Save changes' once you have completed.
