[LEGACY] Whiteboard 2.0
Updated over a week ago

The Whiteboard is the way to annotate documents and share ideas with your audience.

To access an in-meeting whiteboard – click the Whiteboard (pencil) icon.

Presenters have a set of whiteboard tools for annotating the document. You will see these on the right-hand side of the Content Viewer window. If you hover over each of these tools, a pop-over tells you what each item is.

Laser pointer

In our new whiteboard your cursor acts as a laser pointer, so other presenters and all attendees see your mouse cursor onscreen differently to you.

Let's go over each of the tools available here:

  1. Open the whiteboard

  2. Whiteboard curser/select.

  3. Text tool: annotate the document with text.

  4. Pen: Annotate your document with freestyle pen or marker tools.

  5. Highlighter: Highlight items on your board

  6. Line tool: Arrows and lines.

  7. Shapes tool: insert circles, ovals, or rectangles with smooth borders and more.

  8. Comments. Comment and mark-up your board.

  9. Undo.

  10. Redo.

  11. Download: Download PDF's or PNG's of your board.

  12. Whiteboard: Create, name or open a whiteboard.

  13. Show participants cursors: Let everyone collaborate on one board!

  14. Zoom in or zoom out.

  15. Take your board fullscreen.

  16. Close the board: Close your board, it will autosave so you can open it up again any time.

  17. Edit: Available for all items on your board to customise shapes, colours, fonts and order your items.
